This holiday season, Wesgroup is proud to support the Touchstone Family Association through our annual Holiday Hamper program.

2024 has been a challenging year for our whole industry, but at Wesgroup, we have much to be proud of. Our team came together to achieve significant milestones and deliver outstanding results.
Project highlights from the year include:
💥 We completed and fully leased The Nelson, our purpose-built rental project in @Brewery.District, made possible through our successful long-term partnership with @CMHC_SCHL
🌊 We launched the first phase of our @InletDistrict Masterplan, 1 Market Square, becoming Metro Vancouver’s most successful new project after selling 50% of units within just four weeks.
✏️ We advanced plans for more communities including Civic District in #Surrey, and North Road, our upcoming #Coquitlam masterplan in partnership with @ChoiceREIT.
🏗 Our construction team made fantastic progress on sites including Harlin and Fynn at @RiverDistrict, Ace on Commercial Drive, and our Braid St rental project, as well as our commercial projects Gateway 200 and Elevate, and many more.
2024 was also a year of transformation and growth. We expanded our team, prioritized innovation, and worked hard to advocate for the industry, pushing for meaningful changes to support #housingdelivery.
We also made great strides with our #WesgroupCares initiatives, supporting more causes than ever before and making a genuine impact in our communities.
We are proud to have earned recognition as a Best Workplace in multiple categories, a testament to our commitment to creating a thriving workplace where people can succeed.

Our commercial property, Elevate, is nearing completion!
Located on King Edward Street, Elevate offers 196,993 SF of versatile industrial space, ideal for both large and small bay tenants. Situated in an evolving neighbourhood with a dynamic mix of industrial and quasi-retail spaces, it`s perfectly positioned for growth.
The site is paved, the roof is nearly complete, and exterior painting is finished.
Completion expected February 2025.

Internships are available on the following teams: Accounting, Acquisitions, Construction Project Management, Construction Technology, Development, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Market Intel, Sales, and Sustainability.
By joining Wesgroup for your summer internship, you`ll have the chance to work on impactful, hands-on projects in the dynamic field of real estate development, gaining invaluable real-world experience along the way.

As the year comes to a close, we also host our annual Holiday Hamper program, in partnership with the Touchstone Family Association - @touchstonefamily, to provide gifts and support to families in need during the holiday season.
