There’s a lot to learn about your new home and sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming. That’s why we try and go over as much as we can when we hand over the keys. But, it’s often a time of excitement with lots of things going on – moving, lawyers, banks, change of address notifications. The list can seem endless. So, it’s not surprising that we typically get the greatest number of questions from new homeowners within the first couple months of moving in. Many questions and concerns can be resolved by reading your Homeowner Manual or checking the FAQs. If you need help, please submit a request on your Homeowner Service Portal or reach out directly. At Wesgroup, we are committed to providing our residents with dependable customer service, 24/7. As a resident of any Wesgroup rental building, you will have access to the Resident Service Portal to submit maintenance requests at any time. In the event of a critical emergency (such as a threat to life, fire, or flood), please immediately call 911 before calling your Building Manager. In the unlikely event that you are unable to reach your Building Manager immediately, please call the Wesgroup 24/7 Emergency Line at 1-866-937-7782.

Commercial Tenants

Your business can’t afford any downtime. That’s why Wesgroup provides all our commercial tenants with 24/7 Tenant Support. Use our Commercial Tenant Service Portal to submit a maintenance request at any time. For building emergencies, please call the Wesgroup 24/7 Emergency Line at 1-888-815-2905.
