Surrey City Centre is undergoing a transformation, poised for substantial growth with numerous new homes on the horizon. Known for its cultural diversity and inclusion, the city will welcome yet more newcomers: with three universities within a square mile, a busy hospital campus, and major institutions connected by a growing rapid transit, it will double its population in the next couple of decades. And at the centre of it all is Civic District. With retail, hospitality, and public spaces built for events and entertainment, this masterplan marks the beginnings of a new metropolis.
