You will report to the Vice President, Finance and work with all the functional lines of the business in managing the borrowing relationships of Wesgroup.

The essence of this opportunity is for a forward-thinking financial professional to join a well-established and thriving real estate business and add value through the efficient management of capital and borrowing structures. The mandate has the following objectives:

• Prepare Support Materials for Financing Applications
• Build Relationships with Industry Professionals and Lenders
• Support the Managers in Developing Innovative Debt Structures to Enhance Efficiency
• Provide Insightful Reporting to Lenders and Stakeholders

Annual Base Salary: The expected salary range for this role is $70,000 – $85,000 per annum.  Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
