Director, Sales (20-Month Fixed Term Contract)

As the Director of Sales at Wesgroup, you will ensure the Sales department functions as expected to achieve the company’s sales and revenue targets. You will develop strategic plans and initiate actions that can increase the company’s revenue. You will oversee the site sales team of 15+ staff, in addition to head office sales roles.
Additionally, the Director of Sales will study market trends, be quick to pivot, and advise top management on necessary action plans. This role will be based out of head office and sales centres, with typical workdays, Monday to Friday. Availability on weekends is required during launches and events.
A talented Director of Sales should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while still delivering exceptional results. You will have a dedication and passion for encouraging and motivating employees. Confidence and collaboration will be an essential selling point in the office setting.
This is a fixed term assignment for approximately 20 months with the possibility of an extension.
Annual Base Salary: The expected salary range for this role is $155,000 – $195,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
Assignment completion bonus.
